Darle click en:
REGISTRO DE INSCRIPCIÓN FORMULARIO
Asegúrese de llenar correctamente los datos que se le indican, revise su correo electrónico que este bien escrito porque un error en el implicaría que no reciba el correo correspondiente.

TERCER PASO

Una vez llenado el formulario, darle click en ENVIAR y luego envíenos la fotografía o captura de pantalla de su comprobante de pago (voucher) a los siguientes correos: chemistgroupsac@gmail.com
matricula@chemistgroup.com.pe
Para que los datos sean comprobados por los encargados y se les envíe un correo con su usuario y contraseña o ficha de inscripción.
